Vanessa Short knows what it's feels like to wonder if there's a better way.
Her journey has taken her from the military and the financial industry to raising a family, homeschooling, ministry, and ultimately discovering the life-changing impact of CliftonStrengths®. Along the way, she realized she had spent years trying to live up to other people's expectations instead of understanding how she had been uniquely designed. That discovery transformed not only how she viewed herself, but how she approached every area of her life.
Today, Vanessa combines her life experience with certified CliftonStrengths® coaching to help women gain greater clarity, develop practical strategies, and move forward with purpose. Her passion is seeing women experience the same freedom, joy, and fulfillment that come from building a life and business that reflects who they truly are.
